The Artificial Intelligence has a great problem that consists on the following: The software developed in Stanford's University – California, that allowed a robot to fly a helicopter, is unlikely to be compatible with the robot that can explore the ocean depths, manufactured in the German Institute of Investigation on Artificial Intelligence. For each problem is developed a complex algorithm that represent a considerable investment in resources (time, money) and the solutions are hard to exported to other platforms, these aspects represent obstacles that limits the large-scale use of the artificial neural networks (robotics), and enters in contradiction with his own philosophy, that consists of reproducing the complex network of more than 100.000 million neurons that the human brain has.
